Order Processing

• All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses in Las Vegas, USA, or Canada, depending on your shipping address and product availability.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

• International:

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to the calculated rates at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Orders shipping to the United States include applicable tariffs in product pricing. 
• Orders shipped to other countries will be billed Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable duties and taxes will be collected at checkout and remitted automatically. No additional duties will be required to receive your order. We apologize that we are unable to make exceptions to automatically calculated VAT, duties, and sales taxes.
