1-Year Limited Warranty

What Is Covered

Cuisonic, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that your [Product Name] (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products used for commercial or non-household purposes

  • Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, blades dulling, cosmetic damage, or battery aging)

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper storage, or unauthorized repair

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines

  • Consumable parts (such as batteries) beyond one year, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

Remedies

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will, at our option and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

  • Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product

How To Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact us at help@seattleultrasonics.com with your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. You may be required to return the product for inspection, shipping prepaid.

Limitations

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from us or from authorized retailers and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacement items unless prohibited by law.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CUISONIC, INC. AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
