How to use Assisted Sharpening with the C-200

Requirements

  • A phone, tablet, or laptop with Bluetooth and a web browser (Chrome recommended) and internet connection
  • iPhone and iPad users will be directed to download the Bluefly app, as Apple blocks in-browser Bluetooth on those devices. Doesn't apply to Mac laptops.
  • A sharpening stone, diamond plate, or other flat, freehand sharpening surface
  • A Seattle Ultrasonics C-200 knife
