Wireless Charging Tile

The Wireless Charging Tile functions as both a charger and an elegant, magnetic storage mount for your knife. It contains its own internal battery and a Qi wireless charging coil, just like the kind your phone uses to wirelessly recharge. Set the knife on the tile with the blade pointed either to the left or the right–your choice, and magnets in the block will hold the knife securely in place. The Wireless Charging Tile can sit on your counter, live in a drawer, or mount on a wall using the included wall mounting kit. It is milled from a solid block of mahogany and can fully charge your C-200 Ultrasonic Chef’s Knife 8-10 times with no cords attached. You can recharge the Wireless Charging Tile with any USB-C cable (not included).

The charging tile

contains its own battery and recharges your knife wirelessly.

The Wireless Charging Tile keeps your battery topped up so you’re always ready for action. The tile is milled from solid mahogany and keeps your blade edge protected when not in use. It can live on your counter, in a drawer, or wall-mounted with no cords and no drilling required. 

The charger comes with a wall mounting kit that includes a level and adhesive 3M Command Strips so you can hang it up without needing to drill into smooth tile, stone, or wood.

How does the Wireless Charging Tile work?

The Wireless Charging Tile functions as both a charger and an elegant, magnetic storage mount for your knife. It contains its own internal battery and a Qi wireless charging coil, just like the kind your phone uses to wirelessly recharge. Set the knife on the tile with the blade pointed either to the left or the right-your choice, and magnets in the block will hold the knife securely to the Charging Tile. When the knife's battery is full, charging will stop automatically.

Does the Charging Tile need to stay plugged in?

No - one of the benefits of the Charging Tile is that it's cord-free in daily use, just like your knife. You only need to plug in the tile occasionally to recharge its internal battery. The rest of the time, you can place the tile wherever is convenient (counter, wall, or drawer) without any cord.

How many charges can the tile provide before it needs to be plugged in?

When the Wireless Charging Tile is charged up, it holds enough power to fully recharge the knife about 8-10 times before the tile itself needs recharging. In normal home use, that translates to weeks of use between having to plug the tile in. When the Charging Tile's battery is running low, the light will flash red. Plug it in any time to recharge it (via USB-C, cable & charger not included).
